Celebrating A New Westervelt Wolf Story From Rebecca Royce

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating the release of a Westervelt Wolf Story from Rebecca Royce.

As a teenager, Rebecca Royce would hide in her room to read her favorite romance novels when she was supposed to be doing her homework. She hopes, these days, that her parents think it was well worth it.

Rebecca is the mother of three adorable boys and is fortunate to be married to her best friend. They live in northern New Jersey and try not to freeze too badly during the winter months.

She's in love with science fiction, fantasy, and the pararnormal and tries to use all of these elements in her writing. She's been told she's a little bloodthirsty so she hopes that when you read her work you'll enjoy the action packed ride that always ends in romance. Rebecca loves to write series because she loves to see characters develop over time and it always makes her happy to see her favorite characters make guest appearances in other books.

In Rebecca Royce's world anything is possible, anything can happen, and you should suspect that it will.

ANGEL'S WOLF by Rebecca Royce

The Westervelt Wolves Book 6

Angel Kane has always known who her family was and why she was hidden away from them in New Orleans. Now on the run, the last thing she wants is anything that could potentially get in the way of the plan she's made for herself. That is, until she walks into a truck stop in New Jersey and encounters Parker Liberty -  the wolf fate has picked out to be her perfect mate.

Parker Liberty hasn't uttered a word in almost forty years. Not since the horrible day he watched his father murder his mother on the island of Westervelt. He ignores his inner wolf and contents himself with expressing his inner emotions through his tattoos. But when a pair of witches almost kill Angel, he will return to Westervelt to save her.

Meanwhile, Westervelt is under constant attack from Kendrick Kane, the pack's former Alpha, whose evil knows no bounds. His ultimate goal is to see all of his children dead  - and that includes his daughter, Angel. It is questionable whether the Westervelt pack can even survive the week. Angel and Parker's arrival will either turn the tide of the war or end the pack forever.

  1. Happy Release Day Rebecca!!!

I'm so excited to see another Westervelt story! For those not familiar with this series, can you tell us a bit about it and how the books fit together?

How many more books do you have planned for the Westervelts?

I'm heading over to read the excerpt now!

Enjoy your cyber launch party and I hope ANGEL'S WOLF is your best seller yet!

  2. Congrats on your latest release, Rebecca! This sounds like another great read :-) What books do you like to read for fun? Do you stay away from paranormal romances since that's what you write?

  3. I haven't read any of the Westervelt series. I am always looking for new series to read. Do I need to read them in order or are they stand alone books? Thanks for the giveaway.

  4. Hey Bronwyn,
I actually love to read Paranormals.

Jen--At this point, I would read them in order.

  5. Congratulations on your new release. I've read some of this series and have the rest on my to buy list. I loved the ones that I've read. Do you ever have trouble keeping your characters straight when writing? How do you keep all of the characters straight from book to book?

  6. Sherry--so the first thing I do is that I reread the books before i write the next one. Even if its skim read them. And then if I need to, I write important information about them in a text document on my computer that I refer to. Things like if I said a character did something in Book 2, I remember that he did it. If that makes sense.

  7. what a great excerpt. the book sounds wonderful and i can't wait to read it and see what happens next.

  8. Congratulations on the new Westervelt release Rebecca!

Do you have plans to continue this series after this book or will this book be the last? Will we see future generations of the Kane family any time soon?

  9. Two more books
    Rex and Gabriel's stories.

And then it is goodbye to Westervelt (Which I can't tell you how upset that makes me.)
