Celebrating A New Ellora's Cave Taboo Release For Desiree Holt

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating award-winning and bestselling author Desiree Holt's latest releases.
TRAINING AMBER by Desiree Holt

Sequel to TEACHING MOLLY

Amber McCloud is taking a two-week timeout with her friend Molly to heal the wounds from a bitter divorce. The last thing she expects is to meet a sexy man like Cesario “Rio” Negron.

But the attraction is instant and hot. Not only does he teach her how good sex can really be, he also introduces her to the world of BDSM, a world she takes to like a kid with candy. It helps when she learns Molly and her husband are also advocates of the lifestyle.

But when the two weeks are up Amber has to decide if what’s developed between her and Rio is real or if she will turn her back on it, afraid to risk her heart again.

Desiree has lived a life of excitement that brings the color to her writing. She was a summer fishing guide, a summer field hand where she was one of only three women working, a member of a beginning ski team that skied in competition (and no, no broken bones!). She spent several years in the music business representing every kind of artist from country singer to heavy metal rock bands. For several years she also ran her own public relations agency handling any client that interested her.

She is twice a finalist for an EPIC E-Book Award, a nominee for a Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Award, winner of the first 5 Heart Sweetheart of the Year Award at The Romance Studio, and is published by four different houses. Romance Junkies said of her work: "Desiree Holt is the most amazing erotica author of our time and each story is more fulfilling then the last."

  2. Actually, TEACHING MOLLY was originally written as a stand alone, but it got such favorable reception and so many people asked if there wold be another one. But most especially my friend aura Kubitz, who absolutely loved the book, so TRAINING AMBER is for her. It picks up a few months after TEACHING MOLLY, when Molly's best friend who is recovering from a bitter divorce comes to visit her and meets the very sexy Ric Negron. Between her understanding of Molly's very satisfying new sex life and the erotic seduction of the sensuous Ric, Amber is introduced into the lifestyle of BDSM and...Well, you'll have to read the book to find out! And yes, I believe there will be a third. If you read the first two you will see where I got my idea for a prequel.

  5. I would have to say it's a tie between suspense and BDSM. And of course combining them really rocks my boat!

  8. I'll admit I've already bought and devoured both books. I love the older woman / younger man aspect. I think its great that someone out there realizes age ain't nuthin but a number. I hope the next is Peregrine and Jacob's story.
