Celebrating Two New Releases For Tianna Xander

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating two new releases for Tianna Xander!

A SUMMER IN PARADISE by Tianna Xander

Paradise Book Twelve

Two men, one woman and one isolated lake add up to one hot summer in Paradise.

Pearl didn’t expect to run into anyone on the mountain over Paradise when she went home for a visit. She planned to spend a few weeks in the wilds at a line cabin between Sabbats to try and recover from her last encounter with her ex-boyfriend. She didn’t expect to find two males on the lake sunning themselves, naked, while the fish took off with their fishing poles.

Duncan and Jarrod loved the mountains. It was why they decided to go to the lake. Between Sabbats there was nothing more to do than swim, fish and get a tan. Planning to live off the land, while they contemplate ways to find their mate, the two men are surprised to discover that the mountain over Paradise can provide everything they need—even a beautiful female to help pass the time.

Three souls, one cabin and one isolated lake add up to one hot summer in Paradise.

THE EARTH DRAGON by Tianna Xander

Dragon Bound Book Four

When a dragon and a witch travel to Alaska in search of a plant thought long extinct, the result is…magic.

When the larger than life dragon buys the Purring Pussycat to get May out of her dancing contract, May is sure she’s in trouble. When she refuses his suit and he kidnaps her to take her to the wilds of Alaska, she knows she is. How can she convince Damek that she’s not attracted to large, muscular men, especially when she can’t seem to stop looking at him?

When Damek follows May to her place of employment, he knows exactly who she is—his mate. When she refuses his offer of marriage, he does the only thing he can. He kidnaps her and drags her to Alaska with him where he must search for a plant long thought extinct to reverse the effects of Dragonkin’s potent aphrodisiac, Dragon’s Desire.

Will the strong-willed pair overcome their differences before they return to her home, or will Damek regret even staking his claim?

Tianna Xander is the author of several paranormal, time-travel and science fiction romance novels. She loves reading everything from romance novels, murder mysteries and encyclopedias, to handbooks on solar energy. Tianna is the first to admit she spends far too much time surfing the internet and chatting with her online friends and critique groups.

Having written several novels and working on at least one more at any given time -- Tianna still finds time for her family, friends and her many pets. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband, two children, three cats, two big dogs and one occasionally terrorized Netherland Dwarf bunny. Her life is anything but boring.

  1. Good morning Tianna and super congrats on your two new releases!

For those not familiar with your Dragon Bound and Paradise Series, can you tell us a bit about each and how the books connect?

  2. Congrats on the new releases. I have at least 50% of your books so far and have not read on that I do not want to read again. I really enjoy the Paradise Series. I just got Mail-Order Bride when it was on pre- order but have not yet read it. Thanks for all the great reads

  4. Thanks for having me DeNita!

A Summer in Paradise is book 12 of the Paradise series. Pearl is Gemma's (from Return to Paradise) sister. She returns home to see Gemma before leaving the country to avoid an abusive ex-boyfriend. Pearl doesn't expect to see the two men she had a crush on at 17 to be around when she gets there and she certainly didn't expect them to want her as much or more than she wants them.

The Earth Dragon is book 4 of the Dragon Bound series. May, one of the thirteen sisters, finds that she is not mated to the man of her dreams, rather she's mated to the Dragon of her nightmares. She doesn't want a tall, muscle-bound man and she's not afraid to let Damek know that either.

I've had a lot of fun writing these two books and I have many more planned for the future. As always, thank you so much for having me. :-)

    1. Originally, there were ten planned for the Paradise series, then a few people made themselves known and needed stories. I have a few more people I need to pair off, so-to-speak, before the end.

There are a total of thirteen planned for the Dragon Bound series. There are thirteen sisters and all of them need to find their mates.

Their brothers, are another series, if they ever talk to me and tell me their stories. LOL

      Thanks for asking!

    2. What made you decide writing was for you? I hate writing but I love those who can. Can you tell us what made you decide to write romance?

    3. I didn't like writing at all when I was younger. I hated English and I liked composition even less, but I loved to tell stories.

One of my teachers once told me that he wished he could be around when I finally realized that if I wanted to tell my stories to the world, that I would have to at least know the basics rules of grammar. He was right and if he'd been a fly on the wall when I finally figured it out, he would have had the biggest laugh of his life.

I've been 'telling' romances since I was fifteen. About ten years ago, I figured it was about time I started to write them down. :-)

  6. Congratulations on your latest releases, they sound great! Fantastic excerpts!

Do you have a scene in your mind that you haven't been able to fit into one of your stories yet?

    1. Yes, I do. It's written down and probably will get a story of its own one day. Right now, though, I don't have a place for a scene with a heroine who is an archaeologist. LOL One day I will. I'm sure of it.
