Congrats on the new release. I love that you incorporate the difficulties of being a dragon into the story. Did you have fun trying to figure how hard it would be to be a dragon in the modern world? I giggle at some of the ways an inadvertent shift might happen. Looking forward to this series.

As silly as it sounds, my fav scene to write was the hallway punch out between a geriatric and Ty. It sounds sooo wrong when I say it like that, but the scene it hilarious (I hope)
And the cover is grogeous, isn't it. I was like "Oh man, this is perfect!!"

Ta muchly :) I had so much fun. I thought about all the shifter books I've read (and written) and how easy it is for the characters to shift undetected between their forms and thought, damn, there's no way a dragon shifter could get away with that much freedom. It's going to become an ongoing theme in all the Fire Mate books :)

Oh God, I seriously have no idea. My Ellora's Cave editor suggested I try something quirky, like dragon shifters and the second she said those words my head went into overdrive (my brain is quite a freaky place, I have to admit)
