ReplyDeleteI don't know if I'll do more set here. It all depends how popular it is and if the muse strikes with more ideas. I haven't planned this out yet. This idea was out of the blue.

ReplyDeleteit started when i was trying to write regular romance. I tried a Blaze for Harlequin (waited a year for a thanks but not quite there)....
people loved my hot hot scenes so I tried my luck with Ellora's Cave and have been very very lucky ever since!

if i had that much fun with my writing, i'd never get anything written!!
I really do enjoy writing these short stories, though. They let you jump into a set of characters for a brief, life changing story and make them very very happy.

ReplyDeleteI do a lot of series, right now i have two going (Lucky Springs and 7th Kind)and I'm planning a third...
With the short shorts, I'm not sure how a series would feel. Such a brief time...you don't really get to delve into the details as much. but the readers will decide if they like or not.
a setting like demented could bring in a variety of characters whether they are connected or not...the club is a connection.
no, i don't do image boards. my brain generally knows what it wants and needs to get the story out. if i spent time finding the right images, i wouldn't get as much written.

Next week I have a Mustang shifter novella coming out. Wild and fun, they roam...until they find the right woman.
