Celebrating A Hot New Magical Christmas Release From Total-e-Bound

Today we're celebrating the release of CHRISTMAS GOES CAMO, a magical and sexy Christmas anthology featuring stories from Desiree Holt, Allie Standifer and Brenna Zinn.

Desiree Holt has lived a life of excitement that brings the color to her writing. She was a summer fishing guide, a summer field hand where she was one of only three women working, a member of a beginning ski team that skied in competition (and no, no broken bones!). She spent several years in the music business representing every kind of artist from country singer to heavy metal rock bands. For several years she also ran her own public relations agency handling any client that interested her.

She is twice a finalist for an EPIC E-Book Award, a nominee for a Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Award, winner of the first 5 Heart Sweetheart of the Year Award at The Romance Studio, and is published by four different houses. Romance Junkies said of her work: "Desiree Holt is the most amazing erotica author of our time and each story is more fulfilling then the last."

CHRISTMAS GOES CAMO - A Magical Christmas Anthology

'Melting the Ice' by Desiree holt

When an elf and an alpha male collide at the frozen South Pole, will the heat they generate melt the ice?

Sonia Snowflake, one of Santa's elves and warriors, hates her new assignment - go to the South Pole with a team of three and scout a location for a new toy factory. It's bad enough that it's one week before Christmas, but they also have to dodge an angry Cupid who wants to downgrade Christmas, and three alpha military males who are also there on a mission.

Sonia's grumbling lasts only until the very alpha Jaguar Martin is literally blown into her tent. The explosive chemistry between the two is so intense they can't keep their hands off each other. Their situation is complicated even more by the drug, Thermavan, that Jaguar and his team are testing. Created to maintain body temperature at a steady 98.7, it has a side effect of maintaining constant sexual arousal.

How will this effect their respective missions, and what happens when the interlude comes to an end?

Other stories include 'Trapped by Ice' by Allie Standifer and 'Tempered by Ice' by Brenna Zinn.

  12. Oh, wow! So busy writing my lates novella, SLAPPING LEATHER, I frogot to liftg my head from the keyboatrd. Let me try to answer everyone's questions. Allie and Brenna and I are friends and have been for some time. Allie and I already have co-authored a series, TURN UP THE HEAT, as well as a couple of stand alones. We know each other so well it wasn't hjard working together. We knocked out the basic oremise and then each of us took one story line. It was a lot of fun.

  13. Okay, are the stories all about military men and elves. Yes, they are. The elves are sent to the South :Pole to look for a site for another toy factory and the military guys are scoping a site for war games and testing a new drug that keeps body temperature even in all climates. However, the drug has one little side effect but ya gotta read the stories to find out what it is! LOL1

  17. Writing for an anthology. Okay. The Pros: You get to be part of a series and not have to write all the stories yourself, and your story line can carry over. Also, it's great brainstorming with c-authors.

The Cons: I can't really think of any. Of course, you have to be sure you and your co-authors are compatible. Sometimes a publisher puts an anthology together, gives you a theme and asks you to write a story around it, and that's pretty simple.
