Celebrating A New Cowboy Menage From Stacey Espino

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating Stacey Espino's brand new cowboy menage release CORRALLING THE CITY GIRL book two in her Ride 'Em Hard Series!

Stacey Espino resides in beautiful Ontario, Canada where she is busy raising her five school-aged children. She loves being a Canadian but could do without the brutal winters.

When she's not escaping into the romantic settings she creates on her laptop, she's reading one of the many books threatening to overtake her bedroom.

Stacey also writes Alternative [M/M] Erotic and Menage Romance under penname Winona Wilder.

Ride 'Em Hard Book 2

Jane's just inherited her late uncle's estate. But there's a catch. She has to ride along in a two-week-long cattle drive or she'll forfeit the ranch and money. The city girl doesn't have a clue where to start, so she advertises for three cowboys to assist her.

Chase, Brad and Dawson are hired to drive five thousand head of cattle across the prairies of Alberta. They expect their boss to be some spoiled rich boy looking for adventure, not a stunning woman with legs to die for. She's unlike any cowgirl - complaining, cursing, and driving them nuts with her forked tongue. It'll take some tying up and rough cowboy handling to teach the little siren how to behave.

  2. Congrats on the new release Stacey and Happy Thanksgiving!

What was your toughest scene to write int his book?

  3. Donna,

I love writing western whether m/f/m or m/m.

    Thanks :)

  4. Elaine,

I'm not sure of the toughest, but it was fun writing my first figging scene ;)

  5. Hey Stacey - super congrats on the new release - not sure why the comment I left this morning didn't show up... but I wanted to wish you the very best with CORRALLING THE CITY GIRL and tell you the excerpt made me sweat... WOO HOO!

I'll have to read it again later when the hubby gets home - ;)

So for those not familiar with your Ride 'em Hard Series, can you tell us a bit about it and how the books will fit together?

Hope it's a huge hit for you and hope you enjoy your special day here at the Island!

  6. Congratulations on your new release. I can sympathize with Jane. I';d try to keep my eyes on the prize, but there would be no end to the complaining from this non-cowgirl.

I had to look "figging" up. OMG, the things people come up with!

  7. DeNita,

All the Ride 'em Hard books are in Alberta, Canada with familiar characters. The hated character, Angel, from book 1 is the heroine for book 3, coming next month. Chase from book 1 is one of the heroes in Corralling the City Girl.

  8. Anne,

Yes, the figging is a naughty sexy game. LOL

  9. I have read one other book featuring figging....WOW! Who was the hardest person to tell that you write erotic books?

  10. Congratulations on Corralling The City Girl.
How early did you let family know you were writing erotic books? I wonder as my daughter told me only after her first short was picked for publishing :D

  11. Congrats on the new release. What's your favorite part of new release day?

  12. Congrats on the new release! Do any members of your family read your books?

  13. greenduckie,

I love getting my work out there. It's exciting to share the characters I create.

  14. Elizabeth,
My grandmother reads all my books before I submit!

  15. Congrats on you new release, and I'm in the middle of reading Catch Me if You Can.
Out of all the books you've written is there one character that has just drove you nuts or been difficult to get written?
Thanks for the chance to win one of you wonderful books!

  16. Darcy,

I think a lot of my characters are difficult when I start writing until they reveal themselves to me. Then I often have to go back and adjust things to suit them.

  17. Congrats on your latest release! Do you select music for each book you write?

  18. Artemis,
I write f/t and do most writing when they're in school and at night in bed.

  19. Bookwyrm,

I can't listen when I write, but music certainly inspires me.
