Celebrating A New Cowboy Menage From Stacey Espino

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating Stacey Espino's brand new erotic cowboy menage, COWBOY OUTCASTS, a book very close to her heart.

COWBOY OUTCASTS by Stacey Espino

Callum O'Shea has segregated himself from a world that rejected him since childhood. His older brother, Arden, protected him from life...but even he can only take so much of the isolation.

When a young university student offers to help with Callum's hog problem in exchange for room and board, he's not in a financial position to refuse. He's surprised when she doesn't judge him for his Tourette's Syndrome. But he's learned that good things rarely last.

Hailey Watson tried to prove her parents wrong by being the best scientist she could be. When her research funding is cut off, her world spirals out of control. With the help of Callum and Arden, the reclusive Irish cowboys, she learns there is more to life than success at her job. But are the two hardcore cowboys capable of real love?

  3. Hi DeNita,

Thank you for the party! This is one of my favorite books. It features two brothers—one living with Tourette Syndrome. It's an emotional (and erotic) journey to their happily ever after with a young university graduate.

    It's a stand-alone, western menage a trois romance.

Up next: The Reluctant Virgin (Ride 'em Hard, 6) is now on pre-order, releasing July 30th.

Evan's Victory (The Wolves of Climax, 5) comes out August 13th.

Lawful Domination (Uniform Fetish, 2) comes out August 27th. It's a sexy cop menage. Yum!

I'm working on a brand new series right now that I'm excited about :)

  4. Donna,

My husband and youngest son both have Tourette Syndrome, like the main hero.

It was a labor of love :)

  5. Stacey, I am new to your books, but I love finding books by Canadian authors.. I too live in Ontario and would love to get out of our cold Canadian winters each year...

My cousin's son suffers from Tourette Syndrome and I try to bring averseness to this affliction when ever I can. I did a project for one of my night school classes a few years ago and my class was amazed about how much they did not know about it and some did not know about it at all..
I love that you have brought this to the attention of your readers...
Congrats on your book.. I wish you many many sales...

  10. BTW - I really like the cover which is so sensual yet tender between Hailey and one of the brothers in back. And I really like the open dark shirts on both of the brothers.

  11. Hope it's okay to ask about your other book. What type of physical disability does your heroine have in The Reluctant Virgin?

  12. Sounds like wonderful book. Where did you come up with the names Callum and Arden?

  13. Jao, it's a western, so it takes place in the country. I haven't revealed my heroine's disability but it's significant.

    Thanks!

  14. Duckie, I wanted to choose Irish names I liked or the heroes :)

  15. Do all your stories have a disabled character? I enjoy reading that kind of book s it helps bring disabilities to people's awareness (and I learn stuff I didn't know about them too).

  17. Concerning my previous question about the setting - I was curious if the Western location was in a specific locale in Cananda etc. But thanks for your reply, which meant that it's not really specific.

  18. Sorry about the spelling of Canada in my previous post. Typing too fast.

With five school aged children and one with Tourette's Syndrome, I can't imagine how you juggle being a wife, mother and prolific writer. Are you super organized or do you just take things as they come?

  19. Ilona, Cowboy Outcasts and The Reluctant Virgin are my firsts :)

  20. Marianne, it is hereditary. Our children had a 50% chance of getting it. Our first two children are fine. My third child has it very bad, 4th child okay, and I 'm noticing signs in my youngest now :(

  21. Jao, my Ride 'Em Hard series is set in Alberta, Canada. My other books are all fictional places. It's a challenge getting everything done in a day, but I manage. I with I had a clone some days.

  22. Is there a genre or sub-genre that you have not written in and would like to in the future?

    Jao
    html-2@hotmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  23. I have tackled most sub-genres between myself and Winona. I'm always interested in new or challenging topics to include in my romances.

  24. Someone may have asked this already, but do you have someone close to you with Tourette's Syndrome? I worked with a girl for years who had it, but only had a slight twitch every so often, more when she was excited or stressed. After a day, we never even noticed it much. But I could imagine the fear of meeting new friends she must have had, but didn't slow her down much, thank goodness.
