Celebrating The Release Of Book Two In Tianna Xander's DARE Project Series

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating the release of TOPAZ DARE, the second book in Tianna Xander's  D.A.R.E. Project Series co-authored with Viola Grace!

Tianna is the author of several paranormal, time-travel and science fiction romance novels. She loves reading everything from romance novels, murder mysteries and encyclopedias, to handbooks on solar energy. Tianna is the first to admit she spends far too much time surfing the internet and chatting with her online friends and critique groups.

Having written several novels and working on at least one more at any given time -- Tianna still finds time for her family, friends and her many pets. She currently lives in Michigan with her husband, two children, three cats, two big dogs and one occasionally terrorized Netherland Dwarf bunny. Her life is anything but boring.

TOPAZ DARE Book Two in the D.A.R.E Project Series by Tianna Xander and Viola Grace

Topaz has been enjoying the small freedoms that each assignment for retrieval has given her. When confronted by deadly insects that have already killed her targets she has to choose running for her life or finishing her job. She is assisted by another dragon who offers her an option for her time off. He will take her to visit her sister if she will spend some time getting to know him, and part of her is only too delighted and happy to take Kirai up on his offer.

Dragons, kidnapping, giant bugs, poisons and meeting a sister she thought dead make for quite the short layover for an active D.A.R.E. agent.

WIN - In celebration of today being St Paddy's Day, if you leave Tianna or Viola a question today at their Cyber Launch Party, your name goes in the hat for Tianna's book WHAT TO DO WITH A NAKED LEPERCHAUN.  Please leave your email address so we can contact you if you are today's winner - Good Luck!

  1. Hello Tianna and Viola and super congrats on the new release!!!

For those who don't know about your new DARE series, tell us a bit about this world you two have created and how the books will connect.

How many books do you guys plan for this series?

Hope it's a huge success so you'll have no choice but to keep coming up with new stories in this world!

Enjoy your party and best of luck with the book!

  2. Wow! This sounds like an exciting series! I'm glad to learn about it, although eeeek! on the giant deadly insects!!

Have you done team-writing before? How did you decide to work together? How did you choose to divvy up the writing? :)

Thanks for visiting and celebrating your new release--looking forward to picking it up!

  3. Sounds very interesting. How hot are the books and which of you write the hot stuff or do you both?

Is this series paranormal or science fiction, couldn't really tell from the blurb.

Good luck with the book, I'll be checking it out.

  4. The DARE project is my first serious attempt at joint writing. Tianna has done it before.

as for the divvying...Tianna started Ruby, so I started Topaz, after that we just passed it back and forth until it was done.

  5. The DARE project is going to be a total of 20 books. One for each sister.

The heat level is minimal. The books are at Devine Destinies, the mainstream branch of extasy books. The hot stuff is left to your imagination.

  6. Hello, Tianna.

This is a series I must read; Topaz Dare sounds great.

How involved are you in creating your book covers?

  11. In Regards to book covers. they are created my Martine Jardin.

    Sci-fi is my favourite genre.

As for who I like to read. I am a huge Jayne Krentz fan, in all her incarnations.

I always find inspiration from nature and news, including natural disasters and new breakthroughs in science. The hard part is not letting myself go to the silly place.
