Celebrating Marisa Chenery's New Release

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating a new release in Marisa Chenery's popular Wolves of East Anglia Series with Liquid Silver Books!

LOVE EVERLASTING by Marisa Chenery

Wolves of East Anglia

For the last seven years, Brand has only longed to make Elsa his mate. After meeting her when she's sixteen and having to wait until she's old enough to claim her, his chance to make her his seems to slip through his fingers. But when the opportunity comes to win her, he acts quickly.

Having to deal with her idiot ex-fiance, Elsa is more than happy to see Brand arrive to take her ex's place. She falls hard and fast for Brand, but he comes with a world she doesn't understand a disturbing world that makes it hard to accept the love Brand offers her, no matter how much she wants to.

  1. Happy Release Day Marisa!!!

Love the new cover and the book sounds fantastic! For those not familiar with your Wolves of East Anglia Series, can you tell us a bit about it and how the books fit together?

How many books do you plan for this series?

LOVE EVERLASTING sounds like a beautiful love story. Where did the idea for this one come from?

I hope you enjoy your release day and your cyber launch party today and I hope your new book is a huge bestseller for you! Have fun!

    1. Thanks, DeNita.

The Wolves of East Anglia series is based on a group of immortal werewolf warriors who are charged with taking out the wolves sired by Fenris' the Wolf, the bad werewolves. Each one finds their mate along the way.

The idea sort of came about when I wrote the first book in the series and introduced Brand. He's the strong silent type and I wanted to save him for last to find his mate, one who he'd find and not be able to claim right away.

  2. Do I have to read the first 5 before this? Or can I read this first and go back? Why werewolves?

    1. You could read this one without reading the others first, Donna. I tend to write all the books in my series as stand alone. As for why werewolves, I happen to love them :).

    1. Thanks, bn100. I don't do too much to celebrate a new book release except have a drink with my husband :).

  4. Congrats on your release. Who was the first person that you told you were going to be published? Do you have any writing quirks (have to have M & M's, Skittles, wear fuzzy slippers, only write in a certain place, etc)

    1. Thanks, June. The first person I told when I found out I was going to be published for the first time was husband, then my father shortly after. They both supported me in my writing. As for writing quirks, I listen to movie scores through headphones. I find it helps me to block out everything but the story in my head.

  6. Congrats, Marisa! Does Brand's story wrap up the Wolves of East Anglia series, or might there be more? You mentioned Brand's story being the last?

Hope you're enjoying a great month--thanks for celebrating with us!

    1. Thanks, flchen1. Yes, I think Brand's book basically wraps up the Wolves of East Anglia series. I hadn't planned to write more than just the ones for the orginial warriors I introduced in the first book.

I am enjoying the month so far, but I'll enjoy it more once all my kids are finished school for the summer at the end of it.
