Celebrating the Launch of Lori Foster's YULE BE MINE

Lori Foster first published with Harlequin in January 1996. Her second book launched Temptation Blaze and her 25th book launched Temptation Heat. Since those early days, Lori has routinely had 6 to 10 releases a year. She's a Waldenbooks, USA Today, Publisher's Weekly and New York Times bestselling author with over 50 titles published through a variety of houses, including Berkley/Jove, Kensington, St. Martins, Harlequin and Silhouette.

Lori believes it's important to back to the community as much as possible, and for that reason she ran special contests in conjunction with a publisher, facilitating many first sales for new authors. She routinely organizes events among authors and readers to gather donations for various organizations.

Along with her good friend, Dianne Castell, Lori hosts a very special annual "Reader & Author" event in West Chester Ohio. Proceeds from the event go to benefit worthy causes, including the Hamilton County YWCA Battered Women's Shelter, the Animal Adoption Foundation, and The Conductive Learning Center for children with spina bifida and cerebral palsy.

In fall of 2007, she showed us her dark side by writing urban fantasy in the Servant Series as LL Foster. Her final book in the series, SERVANT: THE KINDRED, was just recently released.

Four Delicious Lori Foster Christmas Novellas Now Available In One Anthology
Sparkling days, crackling fires, long steamy nights... Christmas is all about making memories. In four delicious tales of seduction and romance, New York Times bestselling author Lori Foster brings you all the pleasures of the season, and then some.

Booker Dean knows exactly what he wants for Christmas: his next-door neighbor, Frances Kennedy. And he's got a gift planned for her that involves lots of delicious unwrapping.

Officer Parker Ross hates Christmas, while Lily Donaldson lives for it. But he's willing to be converted, especially when Lily is the one doing the persuading.

Sergeant Osbourne Decker suspects pet psychic Marci Churchill is barking mad, but she's also a knockout. And when she's accused of stealing a donkey from the local nativity scene, he can't stop thinking about frisking her.

Furious at her cheating fiancé, Beth Monroe decides to enjoy a payback tryst with his gorgeous best friend, and finds that revenge is best served hot and sweet.

  4. Happy release day Lori!

I too start my Christmas shopping early. Most of the time, I'm finished by Thanksgiving and spend the weekend wrapping and putting up decorations so I just sit back and watch others stress and run around like crazy - lol..

I love anthologies, especially this time of year, they're great for sittiing in the car waiting for kids to get out of practice or school and I love Christmas so this sounds like a perfect way to get in the holiday spirit.

I haven't read any of your Christmas stories yet, so this is going right on my MUST HAVE list.

Enjoy your special day and hope it brings you joy!

  5. Thanks flchen1. I hope readers like having the novellas grouped up. :-)

Jerry, I'm with you! I wrap as I go so that I don't have a lot of stuff to do at the end.
I'm also gungho about taking stuff down right after Christmas. Soon as the holiday ends, I want my house back. LOL. It's fun while it lasts, but then it has to go!

    Hugs to all,

    Lori

  7. Jennifer, as prepared as I always try to be, the holiday spirit gets me right up until the last day. I'll get out shopping for things I don't even need, just because I still want to. LOL
Nothing wrong with last minute shopping, as long as you don't make yourself too nuts. :-)

Right now, I'm just looking forward to Halloween!

  13. Thanks for dropping by everyone.
You know, far too often the holidays, for me, are defined by my writing deadlines. LOL. I'll need to get a book done before a holiday starts, or to give me time to shop...
Seems like these days my book deadlines rule everything! :-)
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend,

    Lori
