Celebrating A Hot New Cougar Romance From Sandy Sullivan

Today on our Cyber Launch Party Blog, we're celebrating Sandy Sullivan's sexy new cougar romance, TAMING THE COUGAR!

Sandy is a romance author, who, when not writing, spends her time with her husband Shaun on their farm in middle Tennessee. She loves to ride her horses, play with their dogs and relax on the porch, enjoying the rolling hills of her home south of Nashville. County music is a passion of hers and she loves to listen to it while she writes.

She is an avid reader of romance novels and enjoys reading Nora Roberts, Jude Deveraux and Susan Wiggs. Finding new authors and delving into something different helps feed the need for literature. A registered nurse by education, she loves to help people and spread the enjoyment of romance to those around her with her novels. She loves cowboys so you'll find many of her novels have sexy men in tight jeans and cowboy boots.

TAMING THE COUGAR by Sandy Sullivan

Marla isn't looking for love or anything else from a man.

After her ex left her for a much younger woman, she decide's she is done with the opposite sex. Her B.O.B can take care of her needs just fine thank you very much. Until the day she runs into Chris Nelson, hot cowboy extraordinaire at the local honky-tonk during her daughter's bachelorette party. Feeling a little tipsy or a whole lot drunk, Marla's tongue gets away from her to the point she tells Chris the torrid details of her marriage breakup only to be embarrassed enough to run.

Chris Nelson needs a quick fuck and the gorgeous cougar sitting in the bar booth is the ticket. Getting her alone seemed like a good idea to the point the quick ride in the front seat of his truck, blows his mind. When Marla passes out, he feels obligated to take care of her until she's sober enough to drive herself home.

Little do either of them know, their paths will cross again in the most unlikely place. Can Marla put aside her distrust of men, especially for a younger man? Can Chris convince her he's not like other guys and does he even want to?

  4. Hey all,

Let's see what's up next year. 2 more Montana Cowboys books at least. Difficult Choices is due out in February and Doctor Me Up is due out later in the year. I'm also working on some other stuff. Ssshhh. It's a surprise! LOL

Sexy Neighbor has been so fun to write. The new installments come out every Wednesday or as close as I can get. Sometimes, it's Thursday. Not sure when it will end up as a book, but probably will eventually.

Thanks for the questions! Keep them coming!

  8. Regina ~ Thank you for the wonderful comment. I loved this cover, too.

Susan ~ I probably will write another cougar book. I've got to get the Montana Cowboys pieces I have partially written done first. Plus, I have another family member from a piece yet to be released talking to me too.

Marybelle ~ My cougars are about 7 - 10 years apart in their age gap which I think is about right. I hadn't thought about much further than that.

  12. Jen ~ Thanks for stopping by!

Tammy ~ My favorite so far has to be Emma, Beau and Brandon in Two For The Price Of One (Montana Cowboys 3) although I think every new piece is my favorite.

Fedora ~ Hey lady! I got one day to relax, I think. LOL I write no matter what time of year it is though. It depends. As long as the characters are talking, I'm writing.

  14. Julianne ~ I like cowboys because to me they seem to the be ultimate gentleman. It doesn't hurt they look pretty darn nice in a pair of tight jeans. LOL Most are brought up very old fashioned--holding the door for a woman, etc. Of course other men do that too, but it seems so much sweeter coming from a guy in a cowboy hat, tight pair of jeans, pointed-toe boots and a light drawl.
